Dooars 3 Nights 4 Days Itinerary from NJP or New Mal

A balanced Dooars route

Three nights and four days can combine Lataguri or Murti with the Jaldapara side when transfers are planned carefully. The route should not promise every forest zone and every hill viewpoint in one short trip.

Day 1: Arrival and Lataguri transfer

Pickup can be arranged from New Mal Junction, NJP or Bagdogra. These starting points have different vehicle costs, so the price basis must identify the selected pickup point. Check in, rest and use the late afternoon for a nearby riverside or tea-garden visit when practical.

Day 2: Jhalong, Bindu, Samsing and nearby nature points

Use a dedicated sightseeing day for the western Dooars circuit. Actual stops depend on road conditions, weather and available daylight.

Day 3: Transfer toward Jaldapara

Move toward Jaldapara, adding Chilapata or another appropriate stop if timing permits. Safari slots are controlled separately and wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.

Day 4: Departure

Use a confirmed morning activity only when the return train or flight leaves enough buffer. Otherwise depart after breakfast.

Cost transparency

A low headline price often assumes six to eight paying adults, non-AC rooms, a shared cost vehicle and selected meals. Safari vehicle, guide, forest entry and camera fees are frequently separate. Safar Saathi quotations should show these as included, optional or payable directly, not hide them under "miscellaneous charges."

Frequently asked questions
